THE ART DEPT.
At the height of the pandemic with our team scattered across the nation and home bound we needed a way to come together as a team to foster community, fine tune our processes and up our game. So I founded the Art Dept. Club for 25 or so designers, art directors and ACDs based in our Chicago, Detroit and Minneapolis Offices. Complete with member IDs and a code of creative excellence.
I launched a speaker series this year where we invite cultural critics, thinkers and artists to join our group in conversation to discuss their process and what inspires them.
